If you are sending artwork to accompany your manuscript, please use the following specifications:
- The art may be B&W or Color
- Formats:
- EPS
- BMP
A placeholder for the artwork should be indicated in the manuscript. At this point, it is best to use sequential numbering, both in the manuscript and on the artwork. For example, you can indicate something like “INSERT ART 1 HERE” in the appropriate place in the manuscript. Then number the artwork to correspond to it, i.e., “ART 1.” If we can include the artwork directly in the manuscript, we will. If not, we will set up a separate file.
